From Oregon to Utah!

Monday we bought a boat!!

and Tuesday we got to drive it home! Driving a trailer was a new experience for both Randy and I. But now we have logged over 13 hours with the trailer. You notice a difference going up and down hills, around tight turns, and trying to find a suitable parking space.

Mt. Shasta still has snow - even in the middle of June!

The trip home was filled with many wonderful adventures.... A bird nearly flew in my window, a giant bee crawled up my leg, lots of road construction, and a semi truck crashed, blocking both lanes in a small canyon. Fun, fun, fun! But it will be worth it, when we get to take the boat out on the lake!

Lots of Construction!

LOTS of Loose Gravel!!!

And ... lots of places where they are still working that you have to follow the "pilot truck" weave in and out of work vehicles.

Bridges under construction....

Semi-trucks crashing in canyons...

All in all, a VERY LONG trip home!!!
