Topher's Toga

Topher is going to be playing a Roman in his upcoming 6th grade play/musical. Of course, he failed to mention that he needed a Toga - the next day- until 10 pm at night. Of course, we only have blue sheets at our house - dark blue, light blue, blue with stripes, blue with squares... you get the idea.  No White Sheets! And Topher was mortified to have to be a Blue Toga guy, so....

So, off we go to the store. Of course, Shopko (the closest store to our house closes at nine) so we ended up driving all the way to Walmart, which of course, was out of White, Flat, Twin -sized sheets.  (how can Walmart be out of sheets????) They have every other color under the sun, just no white sheets.

So, we end up buying a fitted sheet, that Mom has to take apart and sew back together again. Go Mom!
